I have a brown thumb.... well, figuratively speaking. I definitely DON'T have a green thumb, so it must be brown right?? Well, that's the color of any flower I try to take care of! I got a pretty hanging basket for mother's day and yep, you guessed it...it's pretty sorry looking these days. I guess you're supposed to water them everyday? Who knew!!
My best friends are my family!!! Yep, it's true, I talk to my mom on the phone EVERY day (usually multiple times ...) and don't go a day without sending a 1/2 dozen emails to my sis to occupy her at work!! Nate's little brothers hang out at our house all the time and I wouldn't have it ANY other way!!
I'm a Junk Food Junkie!!! Hand me a diet coke and bag of peanut butter m&m.s and I'm set!! Yes, it's true - I have a huge sweet tooth, which luckily left me when I was pregnant!! I try to convince myself to like 'healthy' sweets, but it just isn't the same! As unhealthy as it is, I can't give up my diet coke either! A diet coke is the breakfast of champions isn't it?? Okay, maybe not!
Among endless reasons, I'm excited I finally have a little girl so I can blame her for watching cartoons!! Okay, not like Saturday morning cartoons or anything, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE some of the new cartoon movies! Open Season, the Incredibles and Over the Hedge are some of my all time favorite movies.
My favorite holiday is the 4th of July!! Not much tops the little Rupert 4th of July celebration! I love our small 'dinky' fireworks better than any of the big shows!! The week of the 4th you'll find me and my family out on the river, BBQ-ing and just having fun!! I love the 4th!!
I like to organize! It doesn't matter - I love to organize anything!! From parties & events to my kitchen cupboards! I'm defiantly a list person -- just ask Nate -- my random sticky notes drive him nuts!! When I get board or am in a mood - I love to clean & organize!

Fun in the Mirror!!
Jackobi is at such a fun age right now! She's just over 3 months old now and is really interactive and LOVES attention! We set her in front of a mirror and she went crazy smiling and playing with the little girl right in front of her! It's so fun to watch her grow and learn! I'm amazed each day how quickly babies learn!Baseball Weekend!
This past weekend we traveled to Boise to watch Nate's brothers play in the 4A State Baseball tournament. It was a great weekend and Jackobi's very first big trip! She did so good and loved being outside at the baseball field. She loved looking around at all of the colors and soaked it all in! Bubba played really good and even had the game winning hit in in the 7th inning the first night - it was exciting that's for sure! We had such a great time and are excited for Legion baseball to start!
