Jackobi's birthday continued ::

For Jackobi's birthday we decided to let her get her ears pierced.  She had asked and asked we finally decided she was old enough to get them done.  She was SO EXCITED!!! But pretty nervous when I told her it would hurt a little bit.  On her actual birthday we drove to Twin to get them done, it was a fun day out for our little family to celebrate!

     ::ready to get pierced! still a little nervous ::               :: ouch!! :: a few tears, but she did so good!

the {final} product.  she couldn't stop looking at them all night long and was especially happy when I told her once you pierce your ears, you don't have to do it again.  Icing on the cake.

We were happy Sara, Emaiya and Tinyli could come celebrate with us!  A little moral support for getting your ears pierced never hurt ♥

A quick trip to a few of Jackobi's favorite places :: she picked Cafe Rio for dinner, Kiwi Loco for dessert and Target to shop for a birthday treat and we were headed home.

We had one tired girl on our hands, but still managed to open a few presents :)

as usual ... K was all smiles ::

It was a pretty fun and special day!

*****

the following day the celebration continued with a small family party ::
(that's right ... we do birthday's for a week in our house :))

what a magical birthday for a magical little girl. We love Jackobi so much and are amazed daily just how much she enriches our lives. ♥  happy  birthday to the sweetest {four} year old I know.

a {{ballerina}} birthday ::

I can't believe my sweet Jackobi is{four} years old!  I can remember so clearly the moment they placed that tiny pink body in our arms and we've been smitten ever since.  She is our little darling, helper girl, big sister, take charge, sensitive, caring and kind sweetheart.  I know I could never have dreamed of a more perfect little girl to be ours.  There will be more birthday posting to come ... but here is our little ballerina's {f.o.u.r.t.h} birthday party ::

 Jackobi is all ballerina's these day's, so I embraced it and we went totally ballerina for her party (with the exception of our two cowboys :))

All of the girls had a matching pink tutu's and
my sweet friend Felicia taught them all a little dance ::
the girls danced to "A whole new world" from Aladdin.
the were captivated & oh so darling as they twirled.

Of course they had to have a little sugar to get them all going ...
it's so fun they are all old enough to sing a pretty convincing "Happy Birthday" song now!
:: surrounded by her favorite friends for presents::
we're so glad everyone came to party, we have the best friends EVER  ... thanks for helping make Jackobi's day so special!! (this was our best attempt at a group shot ... we're missing about half! haha :)
I loved our day of celebrating.
happy birthday our sweet Jackobi ::
I hope your Ballerina Birthday was
all you could hope for and more. ♥
