Yesterday was a fun and very busy day for us!! Jackobi and I met up with Heather and her daughter Lux at Storybook Park ... I love it there! And so do the girls ... they have so much fun (even though Jacks is wearing her sassy pants in this picture!!) There's lots of toys there just their size and they really interact well with eachother.Little did we know, they were giving away free lunch to the children there so it was PACKED!! Seriously, say 'free' anything in Rupert and everyone comes running!! We had a lot of fun even thought I can't stand it when parents let their children run around like maniacs and are no where in sight to monitor/referee or anything what so ever (especially when they kick and hit my daughter and her friend, who are only one)!! That's all I have to say about that ... don't even get me started! (grr...)
Later that afternoon it was such a nice day we decided to see if Jackobi still liked her little kiddie pool (since the regular pool has NOT been a hit) and she DID!!! I'm not convinced she liked it better than trying to drink out of the hose, but she loved to splash in it!
I'm so glad it's summertime! There is so much to do and Jackobi LOVES it outside!!
Hopefully we'll have more sunny, HOT days in our future ... because only in little Rupert Idaho can we play in the pool at 3:00 and by 5:00 the skies look like this:
it's been cold and gloomy since ... SUNSHINE COME BACK!!

How fun. Teague hates his swimming pool. He would rather play in the sprinklers. (which doesn't make sense)Jackobi is so dang cute!! Teague kept pointing to her and smiling. He must think she is pretty cute too! haha Definatley soak up the sunshine while you can. These days you never know what the weather will be like.
Kim she is getting so big! And talk about a cutie! I'll pray for some sunshine to come your way so the days can be spent outside!
