They staked a sign in front of our house today. Honestly, when I saw the listing online late last night, it made me loose my breath for a minute ... so sad to sell our FIRST home together, but excited for what the future has in store for us!

YAY!! Good luck!! I hope it goes well for you. It is kinda sad isn't it. We couldn't believe we got an offer the first week it was listed. A little low, but we now have an accepted offer. All we are waiting for now it the buyer to sell their home, bummer, but still exciting. Really hope it goes well for you guys.
