Warm, sunny days have been few and far between.We've really had to learn to capitalize on any MOMENT we have of sunshine!! Peyton got an awesome new sand and water toy & Jackobi was MORE than happy to help her break it in!

I love being able to stroll across the street & have impromptu play dates. They're the best kind!
